Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a separate twin, and a third room just for the little ones, featuring a wall of toy shelves (a child's paradise!) and a single bed (custom-sized, slightly smaller than a twin). This upstairs level has a full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a separate twin mattress that can be set up in any of these rooms on the floor, for an additional sleeper.

The main level of the home, in addition to the laundry, kitchen, dining, and living rooms, has a convenient half-bath, an enclosed porch, and the master suite. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the ensuite bathroom has a shower.

The lower level of the house is a walk-out basement apartment, with large front-facing windows, its own living room, dining room, and kitchen. On this level there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an extra-long single bed. We can also set up a queen-sized air mattress on this level for extra sleepers, with prior arrangement and a small fee.
